These guys have worked on a number of cars for me. Their service has always been fast, efficient, and great quality. I've never had to have something they worked on redone. Their hours are 8-5 M-F and 8-noon Saturday. Their time estimates have always been right on the money, and sometimes they've been able to fix relatively simple stuff (burned up alternator, for example) same-day at the end of the day. Thrilling!

I had them do some work on my teen's Sienna. I knew it needed a catalytic converter replaced besides what I asked them to do, so while I was there, I asked how much they would charge to replace it. To my surprise, the lady told me that there was no way to determine which catalytic converter needed to be replaced (it has two), and that they would do both for $1800. First, yes there is, if you have the right tools. They just didn't have the right code reader. But to tell me there was no way to know which one needed replacing - they are either incompetent or dishonest! My regular mechanic is a Toyota specialist and he knew which one was bad. He also recommended I go to a muffler shop to get the converter replaced because it would be so much cheaper. J&N would have been happy to rip me off, so I've never gone back.
