As a 55-year-old guy, training for a marathon is difficult and time consuming. But thanks to you guys, I have been able to run farther than I ever thought possible.
During my long training runs, I normally start getting a fair amount of pain in my quads after about 5 miles. When this happens, I change from music on my iPod to your podcast. It makes all the difference. For the next 5 miles or so, the pain in my ears makes me forget the pain in my legs.
